Mother’s Day Sadness

Everyone is not happy on Mother’s Day, but I would like to encourage us to change that. Mothers work tirelessly to bring joy to their children, and we cannot let that be in vain by showing sadness. So today we will remember our mothers in joy and laughter. We will reflect on jokes, tell stories, and share our mother’s love and care with our families.

Remember that Mother’s Day is a celebration of mothers, and not a time to revisit bereavement. As we live, we too will surely die, but while alive we will share memories of our mothers and make memories with our families. Because that is what our mothers would desire for us to do today.

  1. Amen! I’m so grateful that my mother is still alive and doing pretty good also. I can feel some people’s pain when they say they miss their mother, and I can only imagine the hurt they really feel. I’m sorry for anyone who is now motherless, but I know a man that Can lessen the blow of hurt for anyone who calls on his name. His name is Jesus and he can take the pain away.

So, to all who have lost their mother, God loves you all and he showed us how much he loves us through his son Jesus our savior. God bless you all.
